  • What do I do if I don't receive my order ?

  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order up until the time it is being prepared for dispatch by contacting us via info@hslmedical.co.uk 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If your order has already been dispatched it will not be possible to cancel. Please review our Shipping & Returns page for further information on how to return your order.
  • When will my credit/debit card be charged?
    Your credit/debit card will be charged for the amount of your order at the point of checkout.
